Information Regarding the Protection of Personal Data;
As Asilgüç, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”). We would like to inform our customers about our purpose and methods of collecting, processing, and transferring personal data, and accordingly, your rights arising from the Law.
Methods of Collecting Personal Data
As Asilgüç, in our capacity as data controller, within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the legislation; in order to enable you to benefit from the services of our brands, to inform you about our campaigns with your approval, to record your suggestions and complaints, to create better service standards for you, and to determine and implement Asilgüç's commercial and business strategies, we collect your personal data orally, through the website, social media platforms, mobile applications and similar means, orally, in writing or electronically.
Processing of Personal Data and Processing Purposes
As Asilgüç, in our capacity as data controller, through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels and/or all kinds of channels, including but not limited to these; your personal and/or special categories of personal data that we obtain with your approval may be wholly or partly obtained, recorded, stored, deposited, changed, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified, preserved for the period necessary for the purposes for which they are processed or for the period stipulated in the relevant law, and in case of legal or service-related actual requirements, may be shared/transferred with private-legal persons with whom Asilgüç works or with public institutions and organizations that are legally obliged, and/or with relevant 3rd party real/legal persons residing in Turkey or abroad, and may be transferred abroad in case of legal or service-related actual requirements.
We would like to inform you that we can process your personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation in order for Asilgüç customers to benefit from the services of our brands, to inform you about our campaigns with your approval, to record your suggestions and complaints, to create better service standards for you, and to determine and implement Asilgüç's commercial and business strategies.
Transfer of Personal Data
Asilgüç may share your personal data only; domestically with your explicit consent or by taking sufficient measures within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law, and abroad, provided that the necessary security measures are taken, with our group companies, business partners, customers, suppliers, audit companies or public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data due to a legal obligation, and other relevant authorities, including but not limited to these, in order to carry out Company activities, to establish the business relationship between data owners and our customers and/or to conduct negotiations for this purpose, to offer services, opportunities and possibilities, and to improve service quality.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK Law (“Law”)
Asilgüç will respond to the following requests of the relevant persons:
a) Learning whether Asilgüç processes personal data related to them and which personal data it processes, b) Obtaining information about the purposes of the processing activity, c) Knowing the third parties to whom Asilgüç transfers personal data domestically or abroad, d) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, e) Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law, f) In case of requesting correction, deletion or destruction of personal data; requesting notification of the transactions made to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred, g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and h) Obtaining a copy of their personal data.

Privacy and Security
Asilgüç Online Shop requests some of your personal information (name, age, interests, e-mail, etc.) in order to provide better service to its customers.
